Heat Transfer Indexer Function
The Heat Transfer Function uses a photocell and stepper motor to index a heat transfer under the Hot Stamping Head for printing. The machine operates as follows:

1. Operator loads part to be printed.
2. Operator press both palm buttons.
3. Hot Stamp Head moves down to the print position.
4. Hot Stamp head stays down for the Print Time. If Transfer Back is set to more that .001 the transfer motor backs up.
5. Hot Stamp head starts it's move to the up position. If head up delay is set, the Hot Stamp Head  will stop after the head up delay time for the Stop Time.
6. The transfer pull will wait the transfer delay time.
7. The transfer will pull at a fast motor speed for the spot distance minus the slow distance. The photo cell does not read during this time.
8. The transfer will pull at the slow motor speed until the photo cell sees the spot.
9. The transfer will continue to pull at the slow distance speed for the after see distance.
The cycle is then complete.
