Peripheral Marking |
Peripheral marking is mainly used for applying foils or pre-printed heat transfers
to the periphery of
cylindrical as well as slightly conical parts. With this method,
the piece is rolled under a flat stamping
die, or roller, that applies heat and
pressure to release the print medium onto the substrate. The
advantage of this
process is that up to 360° of the part circumference can be decorated in one
machine cycle.
