Notes:
  1. Hot Stamping Machines ship class 85.
  2. Skid should be at least 6 inches per side larger than the machine.
  3. If the machine is heavy to one side a label "Lift from this side" should be put on the frame.
  4. Ship to labels should be put on all four sides of the frame.
  5. Packing slip should on one side of the machine.
