About Hot Stamping Temperature Controllers
Temperature Sensor (Probes)

The most common temperature sensors are the following:

K Type Thermocouple
J Type Thermocouple
RTD Type Thermocouple
K Type Thermocouples
K Type Thermocouples are used as temperature sensors for measurement and control and can also be used to convert a temperature gradient into electrical Voltage witch can be used with a Temperature Controller to measure temperature. K Type Therocouples have two wires one Yellow + and one Red -.

J Type Thermocouples

J Type Thermocouples are used as temperature sensors for measurement and control and can also be used to convert a temperature gradient into electrical Voltage witch can be used with a Temperature Controller to measure temperature. J Tyoe Thermocouples have two wires one White + and one Red -.

RTD Type Temperature Probes

Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) are sensors that measure temperature by correlating the resistance of the RTD element with temperature. This Resistance can be used with a Temperature Controller to measure temperature.
