Ultrasonic Welding Pricing is broken down into two
categories One time
charges and Every time charges. The one time charges are incurred on the
first order.
Orders after the first order are quoted as either Minimum orders or Price
per part plus options. |

| Minimum Order
|
| Minimum Order Includes setup and tare down of machine with one
horn, one fixture and up to 4 hours of welding time.
Normally minimum order and produce between 500 to 1500 parts. If
horn change, or fixture change are required
they will be charges in addition to the minimum charge. |
| Price per part plus options |
| Price per part includes
Welding, Packaging and
Testing. Part Price also includes one horn and one
fixture setup. If additional setups (Horn Change,
Fixture change or Setup change are required they
will be charges in addition to the per part charge. The Average Price
per part is $0.20 to $0.25. Price per part will increase is treatment or
labor intense packaging is required. |

Horn Cost: |

We do have a large selection of standard horns. If we can use one of
the standard horns where would be no charge. Horn cost ranges from
$200.00 to $5,000 depending in Horn material, complexity of the horn face
and horn size. |
| Ultrasonic Fixture Cost: |
| Quoted per job.
Fixture cost depends on fixture material, fixture size and complexity
of the fixture. Cost ranges from $200.00 to $5,000. |
| Weld testing Fixture Cost: |
| Quoted per job. |
| Every Time Charges |
| Horn Change: |
| Remove Horn from machine and replace with
another horn. Setup the welder again. |

| Fixture Change: |
| Remove the fixture from the machine, replacing with another
fixture. Setup the welder again. |

| Setup Change: |
| Move the horn and fixture to another
position on the same part. Setup welding again. |

| Packaging of part: |
Removing parts from incoming packaging and
putting them into out going packaging. (Part of per part charge)
