The Black Booster has a gain of 2.5 to 1. If the input amplitude
from the convertor is .00075" the output amplitude would be .001875
inch.
The Black Booster has the most stress of any of the boosters. It is
the most likely of any of the boosters to stress crack of strip the
output stud threads. Because of this we recommend using titanium
to built the Black Booster.
The Black Booster should be used with horns with little or no gain. |
