The Popup Fixture is a hinge system driven up
by an air cylinder and down by gravity. When the hot stamping
machine head goes up the popup moves up automatically. The operator
can then load a bag then cycle the
machine the popup will move down before the hot stamping head
gets down.
The Popup Fixture is designed to be able to either mount the arm
from front or side. This allows either front
loading or side loading of the bag.
The fixture works best if hot stamping machine has a 10"X15" Heater
head.
